LACNIC serves the following regions:

Step 1: Create a MiLacnic Account
Begin by creating an account on MiLacnic. The process is straightforward and takes about two minutes. Once registered, you will receive a verification email to confirm your account.
Step 2: Request Pre-Approval for IPv4 Transfers
After creating your account, log in to the MiLacnic portal with the administrative user ID of the organization you represent. Navigate to the Transfers section (Transfers > Receiving > Apply) to submit your pre-approval request.
- Document prior utilization or demonstrate an immediate need for 25% of the requested address space.
- Provide a detailed one-year utilization plan for 50% of the requested space.
